- How does Standard Shipping Work?
Please allow us 5-10 business days to process and ship your order(s) (excluding weekends and U.S. Holidays). You will receive a separate email with your tracking information. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Where is my order?
If you have received tracking information, please allow 5-10 business days (excluding weekends & U.S. Holidays) to receive your parcel.
Note: If you're ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, as they may be shipped from different warehouses.
If your orders have been sent in separate packages you'll get individual dispatch emails with their unique tracking numbers.
- Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we can not guarantee order cancellations. Please email us as soon as possible at: orders@shopteov.com with your order number, we will make an attempt to cancel. However, if unable to cancel, please see our Returns Policy.
- Can I make changes to my order?

- Missing Items?
If your orders have been sent in separate packages you'll get individual dispatch emails with their unique tracking numbers. Please re-check your email.
However, if you did not receive separate emails, with different tracking numbers, and you are in fact missing an item in your package, please reach out to us immediately at orders@shopteov.com.

PAYMENTS
We take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
- Gift cards are currently not supported on our website.
PROMOTIONS
- We always offer Free Shipping for customers that purchase $50+ and are within the U.S.A. No code needed.
- Products purchased using special discount codes are Non-Returnable/Refundable.
Promos Terms & Conditions:
Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc).
If you are given a special Promo Code (Abandoned Checkout Promo, VIP only exclusive offers) please keep it private and do not share it with anyone.
If we suspect fraud, tampering or abuse of any promotions, we reserve the right to terminate/modify such promotions and ban you from participating in the future and even restrict you from future purchases within our store.
